You can change your email by clicking the “my personnal information” tab in the “My Account” section.
You can change your address by clicking the “my addresses” tab in the “My Account” section. However, during the order process, you are always given the option so specify a different delivery address.

We can ship your order to any address you specify, be it your office to make sure you don’t miss the courier, or somebody else’s. Simply enter the delivery address of your choice using “add a new address” at step 2 of the order process.
The shipping costs will be automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the address and destination country, the chosen shipping method, as well as the dimensions and weight of the ordered products.

Absolutely ! Check the green padlock and “secure” field in your browser’s address bar. We do not store any credit card information : during the payment process, you will be directed to the 3D-secure Redsys platform which will handle your credit card payment.
Simply browse our website’s products. When you find something you want, click on “add to cart”, then “continue shopping” if you want to add more products or “proceed to checkout” if you’re done.
When your parcel leaves our workshop, you will receive a confirmation e-mail together with a tracking number and a link where you can track your parcel.

This will depend of several factors such as the stock status of the products, the chosen shipping method, the destination country and whether your order needs to go through a custom clearance process.
No. Altough we carry stock of the most common products, specific products like some replacement parts and made to order top of the range windlasses or thrusters have to be ordered directly to the factory in Italy, where they might be in stock or have to be produced. In such cases, we normally advise our clients that there will be a lead time between 1 and 3 weeks before the products can be shipped. We will always endeavour to keep you informed of delays to make sure you get your order as fast as possible.
