Shipping & Delivery
We are doing our very best to ship as soon as possible, typically within 24 to 48 hrs.
At certain times (Christmas or sales), it might take a little longer to process your order.
Please note that we do not ship at weekends.
You can track your order using the tracking number emailed to you after you complete your purchase.
The payment method can increase the shipping time, for instance if you choose to pay by bank transfer. The items will ship only after the transfer has been received.
During the holidays, we’ll inform the client that the order will take a little more time.
We use TNT and FEDEX (now the same company) for all our shipments.
On average, the delivery time, once the items have been shipped, is as follow:
Spain & Portugal: 2-3 days
Rest of Europe: 3-5 days
Rest of the World: 4-8 days
The order will be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one present to sign for the package, a note will be left so that you can schedule a second delivery or arrange to pick up your package at your nearest courier depot.

Workshop collection
If you are fortunate enough to live on Mallorca, the easiest, fastest and cheapest way to get your products is to drop by our workshop after you have received the email confimation that the order is ready for collection. It's free !

Marina & Shipyard delivery Palma area
If you don't have time to collect the goods in our workshop or because the product is to bulky for your car, we offer a delivery service to the dock in Palma marinas and shipyard. Just mention your boat's location when you place your order

TNT Domestic Express
For shipments to mainland Spain and the Balearics islands, we use TNT Domestic Express which offers the best value for money and a fast enough delivery. For your convenience, we will email you a tracking number as soon as your order as been picked up by the courier so that you can follow the journey.

TNT Economy Express Europe & International
To ship orders in Europe and the rest of the world, we use TNT/FEDEX Economy Express which offers the best value for money and a fast enough delivery. We cannot possibly specify, nor guarantee an estimated shipping time for each country we sell to. For your convenience, we will email you a tracking number as soon as your order as been picked up by the courier so that you can follow the journey. The buyer shall comply with all laws governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination and pay any associated eventual customs import duties..
